ALTON - Cynthia B. Morrill, 63, of Alton, passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. Born on January 3, 1958 in Bellows Falls, VT, she was the daughter of Henry B. Stevens of Franklin and the late Patricia (Osborne) Stevens. Cynthia was educated in the local schools and went on to receive her associates degree in nursing, working as a registered nurse since the mid 80's more recently with LRG Healthcare until her retirement. She loved caring for others and it showed. She enjoyed gardening, watercolor painting, playing the piano and mandolin as well as sewing and reading. She was very involved in her church community, an 18-year member of Calvary Independent Baptist Church in Tilton as well as the Boscawen Congregational Church. Besides her mother, Cynthia was predeceased by her husband, Bruce Morrill in 2019. She is survived by her children, David M. Cormier of Franklin and Charles B. Morrill and his wife Sarah of Alton, Christine N. Morrill of Laconia, siblings, Philip C. Stevens of Alton and Linda S. Stevens of Farmington as well as eleven grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday. November 20th at 11am in the Boscawen Congregational Church, 12 High Street, Boscawen. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of her Life will be held in the spring. The Still Oaks Funeral & Memorial Home in Epsom is assisting the family with arrangements.
