Leah (Raymond) Noel Obituary (2016)

PEMBROKE- Leah (Raymond) Noel, of Pembroke, passed away Christmas night at her sister's home surrounded by her loving family and friends to be reunited with her many loved ones as she much desired. Leah was born in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of the late Eugene and Freeda (Nutbrown) Raymond. Leah took care of her wonderful husband, Richard during his illness for 15 years and fully believed it was her mission in this life to see that he was well taken care of. As her journey continues, she will be reunited with Richard, who predeceased her in June, 2016, and all her loved ones. Her final wish was to have everyone be kind, pay it forward and keep smiling! In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother, Lyle Raymond and brother-in-laws, Warren Deacon, Marcel Roy. She is survived by her siblings: Linda Deacon and Roy Sylvester, Leona Raymond and Roger Andrus, Lindsay Raymond and Lonnie Raymond and his wife Sarah; her two sons, Scott Wachsmuth and his wife Deanna and Ron Noel; 1 grandson, Shane, 2 great grandsons, Tyler and Phillip, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is further survived by her sister-in-law Nancy Raymond and Richard's siblings, Jackie and Alan Noel, Raymond and Jo Roy and Denise and Keith Toperzer. Leah also had special thoughts of her friend of many years, Karen Avery and also many thanks to Roy Sylvester for his guidance and much needed help in the last months of her life. A Graveside Service will be held in the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in the spring at a date and time to be announced.
