CONCORD - Phyllis Jeanne Rhodes Binning, daughter of Pearl McCollough Jepsen, born July 12, 1938, joined her mother in heaven today 12/18/2020 . Born and raised in Iowa, she was a graduate of Denison High School, Denison Iowa. Phyllis worked for over 30 years for the Department of Health and Human Services in Data Management until her retirement. She was well known and loved in her most recent job as a dressing room attendant for TJ Maxx in Concord. She leaves her daughter Pamela Binning Smith and William Smith, 2 sons, Lance Binning and Bea Fortune, and Kirk Binning. She also leaves 4 grandsons, Clinton Smith and wife Ashley, Dylan Smith, Kirk Binning Jr and wife Sammie, and Aaron Binning. 2 beloved sister in laws Joyce Binning and Linda Binning Downing, an aunt Jeannette McCollough as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. At her request there will be no services and no flowers. The Still Oaks Funeral & Memorial Home in Epsom is assisting the family with arrangements.
